Special response 57 ℃ upright fire sprinkler heads need to be installed vertically on the water supply branch pipe. When the operating temperature is reached, the glass ball in the nozzle will burst, and water will be sprayed upward from the nozzle hole, splashing in the form of an umbrella to extinguish the surrounding fire.

Temperature sensing element

The default temperature sensing element is 57 ℃ special response sprinkler bulb produced by ourselves. It can also be changed into JOB brand’s thermo bulb according to customer needs.

Sealing method

The default sealing method is O-ring sealing. According to customer requirements, it can be adjusted to JOB Teflon gasket for sealing.

What are the factors affecting the price of the fire sprinkler?

1.Material of fire sprinkler. There are brass and zinc alloy sprinklers on the market. Brass sprinklers are of better quality and more expensive.

2.Weight of sprinkler head. The heavier the sprinkler head, the more materials it consumes, the higher the quality and the more expensive the price will be.

3.Selection of temperature sensing elements. The price of our own sprinkler bulb is far lower than that of JOB brand thermo bulb.

4.Different sealing methods. The cost of O-ring sealing is lower than that of Teflon gasket.

5.Different quantities. The more the quantity, the lower the production cost, and the more favorable the price.
